A longer prenatal class, where we combine stretches with strength. The stronger moves include bird dog for our abdominals, quadrupled glutes and a side lying oblique series. The class also has a standing lunge series (maybe have something nearby for support if needed) before we finish in a juicy pigeon stretch for your hips.
As always do the class at your own pace, as we're all different in how we feel, and take pauses when needed - Jess is 8 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
