This standing class focuses on our glutes - combining different squats, lunges + balance work to leave you feeling grounded and strong through your lower body.
As we have some balance work maybe have something nearby for support in case you need it. As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 7 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
