A full-body 30-minute class, we start in standing where we warm up our lower body + arms, then we roll down onto the mat for a 4-point kneeling series, where we work our full body (think shoulders, legs + abs), we then move to a standing lunge + balance series before moving onto the other side. The class finishes in a lovely pigeon stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
