A 30 minute full-body class - we start seated on the mat before moving into a quadruped glute series, before coming into a side position to engage our obliques more. We then have a kneeling flow for arms and quads with a nice stretch between sides. We finish in standing with side lunges into curtseys and a balance to leave you feeling energised.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
