I love the flow of this full body class and hope you do as well! We ease ourselves into class with a lower body stretch and a slow and controlled bridge. It then becomes more dynamic with a strong 4-point kneeling series (think bird-dog to tiger curl) into some standing leg work. Hopefully you find it as empowering as I did!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
