A 30-minute full body class, where we start together lying onto the mat for some nice stretches for our lower body, before coming into a bridge series. We move into a side lying series to focus on our glutes, before having a mermaid stretch for a nice hip opening and some obliques. We finish together in standing for a spicy squat to lunge series (heel lifts are the theme) to leave you feeling energised.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
