This is more of a mat based class, where we combine quadrupled legs + abs, mermaid stretches, kneeling arms and side glutes to leave you feeling stronger and more energised. Really use your body weight to both support and challenge you throughout this class.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
