We really engage our abs throughout this full body flow! With leg lifts in plank, quadrupled legs + abs and then a seated roll down series. We cue the breath to help with that abdominal engagement, and layer up all of the exercises so you can feel the right amount of challenge for you!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
