30-minute full body class. We start together lying on the mat with some lower body stretches, before moving into a shoulder bridge followed by ab curl series. We then move to a single leg focused flow in a quadrupled position, before we finish the class in standing for a lower body finisher.
As always take this class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
