A 30-minute full-body class, we start in seated for hip openings to prepare us for our side-lying glutes series. In a high-kneeling position we target our arms, glutes and quads before finishing in standing for some lunges into balances (you might want to have something nearby for support, such as a chair or the wall).
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
