We start this class in lying, with some bridges that focus on articulation, before moving into an ab sequence that is more about control. We end in standing with some wide squats where we find a rotation and heel lift to challenge stability (whilst getting a nice opening through our ribs - double bonus!)
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
