This 30 minute flow starts in standing, with some heel lifts to make us feel aligned from our feet to the crown of our heads. We then have a nice bird-dog to tiger curl sequence (all of the animal names ha), before finishing with lunges and single leg balance holds.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
