A 30-minute full body class, we start in standing to warm up through our lower body, before moving down into a 4-point kneeling flow, focusing on our outer glutes and obliques - which we continue to work in our half kneeling position. We finish together in standing for a squat to side lunge flow to challenge your single leg control and balance.
As always take the class at your own pace, and take pauses and rests when needed.
