This 30 minute class moves your whole body, we start by easing ourselves into class with some roll downs paired with walk-outs to plank. We then move from side lying into supine glutes and abs, before finding a kneeling arm and quad stretch as we transition through to the other side.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
