A 30-minute full body flow, we start in standing with some heel lifts before we move down onto the mat for some balance and single leg work in quadrupled. We have a spicy side plank sequence (with different variations given) before having a nice mermaid stretch to get us ready to move onto the other side. We finish in standing with a lunge balance challenge (you can have something nearby for support). Hopefully a fun and energising class!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
