A 30-minute full body class, we warm-up our bodies with bird dogs where we add a reach and pulses to challenge our balance, before moving onto a fire hydrant series for our outer glutes. We then have a lying challenge for our arms and obliques before a juicy half frog stretch! We then work into our triceps in between legs. The class finishes in standing for a squat into lunge flow (which is always a burner!)
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
