This class focuses a lot on ankle mobility and calf strength, as we start in standing for squats with heel lifts. We then move together in a side lying series and mermaid before finishing in a wide squat. This feels like a well-rounded class as we finish similar to how we started.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
