A 30-minute full-body class with a focus on outer glutes. We started in seated with hip openers, before coming into a side-lying glute and then obliques series. Between sides we worked into our arms and quads, before finishing in standing for some squats and curtsey lunges. An energising and strong flow!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
