We start slower in this class, with some standing breathwork followed by thread the needle stretches in a quadrupled position to open up through your chest. The class peaks with a challenging side lying leg series, where we target the smaller muscles of your inner thighs. Hopefully an enjoyable class with the majority of time spent down on the mat.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
