This full body class combines a lot of my favourite moves - think bridge, ab curls with a twist, quadrupled glutes and lunges. All of these exercises are great as they target multiple body parts at the same time, whilst making sure that we move with intention.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
