A 30-minute full body class with a focus on balance (you can have a wall or something nearby if needed for support), we start in kneeling before moving in a quadrupled series - challenging both our balance and abs, before moving into a high kneeling series for both arms and glutes. We then come into a power lunge series - focusing on balance and glutes, with some push ups in between sides. After all of the strength work we finish class in a deep pigeon stretch to open out through our hip flexors and glutes.
As always take the class at your own pace, and take pauses and rests when needed.
