This 30 minute class includes a lot of hip openings as well as full body strength work. We use our body weight to add resistance in different positions, meaning that we have to work hard to keep ourselves stable throughout. A really nice flowy class to leave you feeling energised.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
