A 30-minute full body class - we get straight into it today with single legs in both all-4s and a modified side plank position, we transition through arms and quads in high kneeling before moving over to the other side. We finish the class with a standing sequence - challenging our balance with a side lunge to curtsey lunge flow. A really strong and energising class!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
