A 30-minute full body class, starting in standing for breathing followed by roll-downs into a deep hip opener and calf stretch. We then move into a 4-point kneeling flow for single leg work, which we continue to build on in side-lying. Before the other side we have a mermaid stretch, arms and glutes. Then we finish in standing for some squats.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
