A 30 minute full body class, where we have challenging moments in our bird dog and side lying glutes series, partnered with stretches in shoulder bridge with overarm reach (one of my favourite ways to find articulation in your spine) and book openings to find space in your mid-back. This class should feel really nice if you tend to sit at a desk for a lot of time!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
