I'm back in my family home for this class - we focus on single leg control and strength, bringing it in throughout the class from your bridges, to ab series and side lying. We then finish with some wide squats to leave you feeling centered and grounded through both of your feet.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
