A 30-minute full body class, with a spicy side lying glutes and inner thigh sequence. We then transition into obliques and arms, before finishing in standing with a side lunge to curtsey lunge flow to get your heart rate up. I definitely felt energised by the end of the class and hope that you do as well!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
