A 30 minute full-body class, we start in standing for heel lifts and squats, before coming onto the mat for a 4-point kneeling series, working into both stability and strength. We then move into a standing lunge series - we come into balances here so you might want something nearby for support. There is a standing arm and wide squat series before flowing onto the other side. We then finish in a juicy pigeon stretch to open up through your hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
