This 30 minute class has a bit of a focus on inner thighs, especially with our double leg lift and lowers. We've got some hard single leg work but some really nice stretches sprinkled in (one of which is a book opening which always feels so nice to open up through my chest).
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
