A flowy 30 minute class, where we target our abdominals in a bird dog and lying ab curl sequence, we then have push ups and kneeling arms to strengthen through our upper body and finish with some shoulder bridges to work into our glutes.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
