This 30-minute class starts lying down to warm up through your glutes in a bridge and your abdominals with ab curls. We transition up to standing with a kneeling arms and quadrupled leg series, before finishing with a quick (and spicy) curtsey lunge flow.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
