A 30-minute full body class, we start lying on our backs for some stretches and glute bridges, before turning to the side to focus on our obliques. We have some stretches and arms between sides before finishing in standing for a side lunge and balance challenge - you can have something nearby for support (like a wall or chair) if you're feeling a bit wobbly.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
