A 30-minute full body class, where we have a standing warm-up, before coming down onto the mat for some bird-dogs into a single leg series. We move up to standing for lunges (with a balance challenge) and arms, before working through the other side. The class finishes with a lovely pigeon stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace, and take pauses and rests when needed.
