This is a more classical mat Pilates class, working your whole body. We start in lying with shoulder bridges and hundreds, before moving into a side glute, seated roll down and prone flow. These are challenging movements so take them at your own pace and choose the level that feels best for you.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
