A 30-minute full body class where we start lying down on our mats for some hamstring stretches and side openings, before moving into a shoulder bridge and abs flow. We then have some spicy side glutes and obliques before having a nice stretch and kneeling arms between sides. We then finish in standing for a short squat sequence to leave us feeling grounded in our feet.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed.
