A full-body flow to build strength and control.
We begin lying on your back with breathwork and a gentle stretch, before moving into shoulder bridges and a single-leg series. We come into the abdominals, adding rotation to target the obliques.
In four-point kneeling, we work through lower-body strength and a push-up, followed by kneeling tricep work. We come up to standing for a side lunge, squat, and curtsy sequence.
Take everything at your own pace and pause whenever you need.
