Move with Equipment

Join me for the Small Equipment Pilates series, designed to build full-body strength, stability, and control using simple props like a squishy ball, small cushion, or light weights - though they’re entirely optional. Props can support your movements and form, while also adding an extra challenge for strength and stability.

Each class is strength-focused but adaptable, allowing you to take pauses, modify exercises, and work at your own pace. These sessions are perfect for building balance, coordination, and full-body strength, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and empowered.

As always, listen to your body and do what feels right for you. I hope you enjoy the series! x
