A full body class which starts on the mat with some juicy openings for your ribs, we then move into a side lying glute series, some planks to build up your abdominal strength and some arm work. We flow up to standing for some wide squats with rotations.
I'm in my first trimester here, so will be going through the journey with you! As always do the class at your own pace, as we're all different in how we feel, and take pauses when needed - Jess is 7 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
